HRPro Global was founded by Su Patel, an international HR leader, speaker and coach with more than 30 years shaping careers, cultures and leadership across the UK, India and the Middle East. With deep expertise in human behaviour, organisational development and mindset transformation, Su has spent her life helping people feel seen, valued and capable — especially in environments where HR often holds everything together but gets the least support. After decades of supporting leaders, training organisations and guiding HR professionals, one truth became clear: People perform at their best when they feel human, respected and empowered. And that’s where HRPro began, with the simple belief that HR is not a department. It is a heartbeat.
Where KP Comes In
HRPro was strengthened and elevated through the partnership with Kalpesh Patel (KP) — co-founder, leadership developer, master communicator and community builder. KP has spent over 25 years developing people, training organisations worldwide, and helping individuals’ step into their voice, confidence and purpose.
